About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate leads
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for account executives
• Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly pipeline and meeting targets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach strategy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Basic CRM and computer proficiency
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
