For employers, our fees depend on the staffing model — direct hire fees are a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, while contract and temporary staffing are billed at an hourly rate. There are no upfront fees or retainers. For job seekers, Careerscape is always 100% free. Employers pay all recruiting and staffing costs.
