For employers, our fees depend on the staffing model — direct hire fees are a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary, while contract and temporary staffing are billed at an hourly rate. There are no upfront fees or retainers. For job seekers, Careerscape is always 100% free. Employers pay all recruiting and staffing costs.

We provide direct hire (permanent placement), contract staffing, contract-to-hire, temporary placement, executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and project-based team deployment. Our service portfolio is consistent across all of our locations.
