Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data accuracy, pipeline reporting, and sales dashboards
• Coordinate scheduling for demos, team meetings, and client presentations
• Prepare proposals, slide decks, and internal sales materials
• Monitor sales KPIs and surface trends to leadership
• Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and customer success
• Support new rep onboarding with process documentation and training materials
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and help implement solutions
• Manage day-to-day administrative needs for sales leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, sales support, or administrative coordination
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
