About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Assist with social media content scheduling and management
• Help create and update marketing content and assets
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Prepare marketing reports and performance summaries
• Support email marketing campaigns and communications
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Maintain marketing databases and content calendars
• Assist with website content updates and optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams on marketing initiatives
• Track project deadlines and campaign deliverables
• Support brand awareness and customer engagement efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, administration, or support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
