Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
• Build strategic account plans focused on retention, upselling, and expansion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs and escalations
• Track account KPIs and deliver regular performance reviews to clients and leadership
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations to ensure aligned messaging and delivery
• Proactively identify client challenges and present tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all activity and pipeline data in CRM
• Negotiate renewals, contracts, and pricing in collaboration with sales leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or B2B sales
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze account performance
• Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and in presentations
• Self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote environment
• Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
