About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business and development initiatives
• Support project planning and execution activities
• Maintain reports, records, and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, coordination, customer support, or related roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional and dependable mindset
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
