About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance, trends, and key metrics
• Support strategic planning and business initiatives
• Build reports, models, and presentations for leadership
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, marketing)
• Assist with forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
• Translate data into actionable business insights
• Support leadership with strategic recommendations
• Monitor KPIs and business outcomes
• Prepare executive-level reports and summaries
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field preferred0–2 years of experience in analysis, strategy, consulting, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel (modeling, analysis, reporting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present insights clearly and effectively
• Attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Interest in business strategy and decision-making
