Business Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and organize business requirements from internal stakeholders
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create process maps, workflow documentation, reports, and business summaries
• Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
• Review data, trends, and operational metrics to help inform business decisions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal teams
• Translate business needs into clear documentation for technical and non-technical teams
• Support testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems, tools, or process updates
• Track project progress, open items, risks, issues, and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with operations, technology, product, finance, sales, customer success, or leadership teams
• Help ensure business requirements are clearly understood and properly documented
• Assist with system improvements, user acceptance testing, and change management activities
• Maintain organized documentation for workflows, requirements, reports, and project updates
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, data analytics, operations, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project coordination, data analysis, systems analysis, or a related role preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and business data
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional judgment when handling confidential business information
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes
