This role processes vendor invoices, reconciles statements, and helps maintain accurate financial records during a period of increased transaction volume.
The position works closely with the accounting team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, vendor relationships remain positive, and internal controls are followed. This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable with high-volume data entry and basic reconciliation work.
This assignment offers the opportunity to gain experience with a well-established company and build accounting skills in a structured office environment. Strong performers may be considered for extension or future openings.
