Campaign Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
• Build and maintain content calendars and scheduling timelines
• Schedule and publish campaign content across platforms and tools
• Track campaign performance metrics and compile regular reporting
• Assist in coordinating creative assets, copy, and approvals across teams
• Communicate campaign timelines and status updates to internal stakeholders
• Monitor campaign budgets and flag discrepancies to the campaign manager
• Support A/B testing and optimization efforts based on performance data
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and shared project trackers
• Assist with vendor and partner coordination as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Comfort working with content scheduling and project management tools
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising concepts
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn campaign reporting and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented approach to deadlines and quality control
• Prior internship or coursework in marketing is a plus but not required
