What exactly is a slot?
A slot covers one actively promoted opening at a time. If you fill that role during the month, you can move the slot to another opening without purchasing another slot.
What’s the difference between Boost and Boost Pro+?
Boost expands your job’s reach across Careerscape and our partner network. Boost Pro+ adds managed LinkedIn promotion, recruiter screening, targeted candidate promotion and additional campaign support.
Do I pay more if I receive more applicants?
No. Your Careerscape monthly rate does not increase based on the number of applicants your campaign receives.
Do you really review every résumé?
With Boost Pro+, yes. A Careerscape recruiter reviews each applicant against the requirements you provide and prioritizes the strongest matches.
Where do my applicants go?

What if we fill the role halfway through the month?
Move your slot to another opening and keep going.
Is applicant volume guaranteed?
No. Applicant volume depends on the role, market, geography, compensation and candidate demand. We manage the promotion and distribution; we don’t manufacture applicants.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Boost is billed monthly and can be canceled for a future month.
What happens after the one-week trial?
It continues automatically as a monthly subscription at your plan’s regular rate, and the amount you paid for the trial week is credited toward that first month — so your first monthly invoice is the regular rate minus what you already paid. If you cancel before the week ends, you are not charged again and nothing further is owed. To cancel, contact us and we will close it out.
What if I need full-service recruiting?
Boost is designed for job promotion and applicant screening. If you need sourcing, outreach, interviewing or full-cycle recruiting support, talk to our recruiting team about a traditional engagement.
