Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and project timelines
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Organize digital marketing assets and documentation
• Support email marketing and social media initiatives
• Update CRM and marketing databases
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and operations teams
• Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely execution
• Assist with event and webinar coordination
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and performance summaries
• Identify process improvement opportunities within marketing operations
• Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, customer service, or related roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
