About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance and metrics
• Track data across channels (social, email, web, ads)
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights
• Identify trends and recommend improvements
• Support campaign planning and optimization
• Work with marketing and operations teams
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain accurate data and reporting systems
• Present insights in a clear, simple format

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing, business, analytics, etc.)
• No experience required (training provided)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Interest in marketing, data, or analytics
• Ability to work hybrid (remote + in-office)
