Email Campaign Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and launch email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage email subscriber lists
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign results
• Proofread email content for quality and accuracy
• Coordinate with designers and content teams
• Segment audiences for targeted campaigns
• Maintain campaign calendars and marketing documentation
• Generate campaign performance reports
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices
• Assist with marketing automation initiatives
• Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, customer service, or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and creativity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact is a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
