Inventory Control Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Perform routine inventory counts and cycle audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Update inventory data in company systems
• Coordinate inventory transfers between locations
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
• Prepare inventory reports and performance summaries
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
• Support warehouse process improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
• Perform additional inventory and operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, retail, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
