About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions online
• Teach and reinforce concepts in your subject area of expertise
• Create lesson plans and learning materials tailored to each student
• Track student progress and share feedback with families
• Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels
• Maintain a positive, encouraging virtual learning environment
• Communicate scheduling and availability through the online platform

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in at least one subject such as math, science, English, or test prep
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using video conferencing and online whiteboard tools
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space to teach
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree a plus
• Ability to set and keep a consistent tutoring schedule
