Marketing Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule social media content
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Update website and digital content as needed
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Organize marketing files and digital assets
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
• Support branding and promotional initiatives
• Perform additional administrative and marketing support tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, administration, or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
