Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-caliber account management team across an expanding client portfolio
  • Take full ownership of retention rates, client satisfaction scores, and revenue growth at the executive level
  • Craft and execute account strategies that unlock upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities at scale
  • Act as an executive-level point of contact for marquee accounts, cultivating trust with C-suite decision makers
  • Align closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure clients receive measurable outcomes
  • Establish and monitor KPIs that reflect account health, churn risk, and overall commercial performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years in account management or customer success, including 3+ years leading teams at a senior level
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing account organizations
  • Consistent history of exceeding retention, growth, and revenue benchmarks
  • Executive presence with the communication skills to influence at every level
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools — Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms
  • Analytical approach to decision-making, with the ability to convert data into actionable strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is a strong asset
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments is highly preferred
