About the Role

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator. This role focuses on managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient scheduling across teams and clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating logistics and communication. No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided.

The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure meetings, appointments, and schedules run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on organizational skills, communication ability, and client hiring needs.
