About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial and business operations initiatives
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
• Assist with sales and revenue tracking activities
• Prepare business reports and performance summaries
• Coordinate projects and cross-functional workflows

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field)
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or support roles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
