Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment trackers
• Support candidate communication and follow-ups
• Assist with onboarding coordination
• Prepare hiring reports and recruitment updates
• Review applications and organize documentation
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
• Support recruitment events and initiatives
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, recruiting, or support roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and time management abilities
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional and dependable mindset
