About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Schedule and manage daily social media posts
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
• Track social media performance and prepare reports
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaigns
• Research industry trends and competitor activity
• Support brand awareness and audience growth initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms
• Assist with influencer and community engagement activities
• Update digital assets and marketing materials
• Perform additional marketing and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer service, or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
