Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources
• Clean, organize, and validate data for accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
• Use tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
• Document data processes and reporting structures
• Identify opportunities to improve data systems and workflows
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, finance, statistics, or related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Curiosity and interest in working with data
