E-commerce Operations Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update online product listings
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
• Process customer orders and track fulfillment status
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and images
• Assist with marketplace and website operations
• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches
• Maintain documentation and operational records
• Ensure a high-quality online customer experience
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, operations, administration, or related roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic e-commerce platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated mindset
