About the Role

Careerscape is currently assisting with the hiring of a Remote HR Coordinator for a growing organization seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to support human resources, employee documentation, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

The HR Coordinator will help keep core people processes running smoothly by supporting employee records, interview scheduling, onboarding tasks, internal communications, compliance documentation, and administrative HR workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and administrative workflows
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, forms, and HR system updates
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, system access, and orientation coordination
  • Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support recruiting coordination
  • Help prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, HR documents, and internal communications
  • Track employee information, status updates, deadlines, and compliance-related documentation
  • Support benefits administration, employee questions, and basic HR inquiries
  • Assist with background check coordination, employment verification, and hiring documentation
  • Coordinate communication between HR, hiring managers, candidates, and employees
  • Help organize training materials, policy updates, and employee resources
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR tracking documents as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and people operations initiatives
  • Ensure HR tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in human resources, recruiting, employee support, or people operations
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or HR systems
  • Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong follow-through and willingness to learn
