Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role

Careerscape is hiring a People Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading sales company based in San Francisco. This fully remote role is perfect for HR professionals who are passionate about employee experience, building strong teams, and keeping people operations running seamlessly. You'll play a hands-on role in recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement across a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruiting including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth first-day experience
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS with accuracy and consistency
  • Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Coordinate training programs and track completion and development milestones
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions on policies, PTO, and procedures
  • Assist with offboarding processes including exit interviews and feedback analysis
  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, DEI efforts, and culture programs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, people operations, or HR administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, or ADP
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
