About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with online communities across platforms
• Respond to comments, messages, and user interactions
• Monitor community activity and ensure a positive environment
• Assist with social media posting and engagement strategies
• Track engagement metrics (comments, shares, growth, activity)
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow the community
• Support brand voice and communication consistency
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams
• Assist with campaigns, promotions, and online events
• Report on community insights and engagement performance
• Help manage user feedback and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in social media, online communities, or digital engagement
• Comfortable interacting with users and responding publicly
• Basic computer and social media platform knowledge
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
