If you know a business that's struggling to hire, you're doing them a favor by connecting them with us. When we place a candidate there, we'll thank you with 10% of our earned placement fee — on up to three placements with that employer.
No portals, no sales pitch required on your end. Just connect us — we handle the rest.

What this looks like
A Typical Referral
No pitch, no paperwork — just one good introduction.
You're catching up with a friend who runs operations at a growing healthcare company. She mentions they've been trying to hire a compliance officer for three months and their HR team is stretched thin. You say: "I know a staffing firm that specializes in this — want me to connect you?" She says yes. You send a quick intro email. We take it from there. Three weeks later, she has a compliance officer starting — and you earn 10% of our earned placement fee for that hire.
That's it. That's the whole program.

Common questions
Referral Program FAQ
Quick answers to the questions referrers ask most.
Can I refer my own company?
Yes. If you're a hiring manager, HR leader, or business owner and your team needs staffing support, you're welcome to submit your own company through this form or reach out to us directly. The referral reward still applies — when we successfully place a candidate with your organization, you'll earn 10% of our earned placement fee for the introduction. We'd just recommend making sure that working with an outside staffing partner is consistent with any internal procurement or vendor approval processes your company may have in place. Please also confirm that receiving a personal referral payment from an outside vendor does not conflict with your company's ethics policy, code of conduct, or any applicable regulations. Careerscape is not responsible for determining whether accepting a referral reward is permissible under your employer's internal policies — that responsibility is yours.
Is there a limit on how many employers I can refer?
There's no limit on the number of companies you can refer. Whether you introduce us to one employer or twenty, each referral is tracked independently and every successful placement earns a reward. Some of our most active referral partners are professionals who regularly encounter companies with hiring challenges — accountants, attorneys, consultants, and business advisors who see staffing gaps across their client base.
Do I need to be involved after the introduction?
It's up to you. If you'd prefer to make a warm introduction — a quick email CC or a call connecting us directly with the employer — that's often the most effective approach and gives them context for why we're reaching out. But it's not required. You can also just submit the employer's contact information through the form above and our team will handle the outreach from scratch. Either way, once the introduction is made, we take it from there. You don't need to pitch our services, sit in on meetings, or follow up with the employer. We'll keep you posted on the status of your referral.
Can I refer an employer anonymously?
We need your name and contact information to attribute the referral and process your reward, but we will never disclose to the employer who referred them unless you explicitly ask us to. When we reach out, we introduce ourselves as Careerscape — not as a company that was referred by you. If you'd prefer to make the introduction yourself first, that works too — it's often more effective since the employer already has context. Either approach is fine.
Program terms
The Details
The terms of the referral program. By submitting a referral, you agree to them.
1.The reward
The referral reward is 10% of the placement fee Careerscape earns for each successful placement at the referred employer, for every type of placement (direct hire, contract, contract-to-hire and temporary), paid after the placed candidate completes 90 consecutive days of employment or after Careerscape receives payment from the employer, whichever comes later. The earned placement fee is the fee Careerscape actually earns and collects for that placement; amounts refunded or credited (for example under a replacement guarantee) are not included.
2.New clients only
The referred employer must not be an active Careerscape client at the time of referral. Careerscape determines client status and eligibility at its sole discretion.
3.Existing relationships
Referral rewards do not apply if Careerscape has an existing client relationship, active engagement, or prior business contact with the referred employer at the time of referral submission. Careerscape determines existing relationship status at its sole discretion.
4.First to refer
Referral credit is established at the time of introduction — before the employer engages Careerscape through another channel. First to refer is honored.
5.Referrals come through this form
Referral submissions are only valid when submitted through the official Referral Program form on this page. Mentions of potential employers through other channels — including our Contact Us page, email correspondence, phone conversations, social media, or any other submission forms on the Careerscape website — do not constitute a referral and are not eligible for referral rewards.
6.Up to three placements per employer
Referral rewards are available for up to three placements per referred employer. There is no limit on the number of different employers you can refer.
7.How and when rewards are paid
Rewards are paid via check or direct deposit within 30 days of the later of the candidate reaching the 90-day milestone or Careerscape receiving payment from the referred employer. Referrers are responsible for any applicable tax obligations.
8.Who can take part
Current Careerscape employees are not eligible. Candidates, vendors, and external business contacts may participate.
9.Your employer's rules
Referrers are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in this program and receipt of referral rewards does not violate their employer's code of conduct, ethics policy, procurement rules, or any applicable laws or regulations. Careerscape assumes no liability for any consequences arising from a referrer's participation in this program.
10.Permission to share contact details
By submitting a referral, you represent that you are authorized to share the employer's contact information and that your participation does not violate any agreement, policy, or obligation to which you are bound.
11.Changes to the program
Careerscape reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Referrals active at the time of any change are honored under the terms in effect when submitted.
12.Credit and disputes
Referral credit is non-transferable. In the event of a dispute, Careerscape's determination is final.
