Our client, a Boston-based asset management company, is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to join their fund operations team. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio management and back-office infrastructure, providing critical support across trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting functions. The team manages assets across equity, fixed income, and alternative strategies.
The analyst will work closely with portfolio managers, custodian banks, and prime brokers to ensure accurate and timely processing of all investment activity. Daily responsibilities include resolving trade breaks, monitoring corporate actions, and maintaining clean position and cash records across a broad set of managed accounts.
