About the Role

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an Entry-Level Resource Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating personnel and project resources, maintaining resource schedules, supporting workforce planning, tracking assignments, and ensuring day-to-day operational activities run efficiently in an on-site environment.

The Resource Coordinator will work closely with managers, project teams, department leaders, and internal stakeholders to coordinate staffing needs, update scheduling systems, maintain resource records, monitor workloads, and support daily operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee and project resource assignments
  • Maintain resource schedules and staffing records

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, scheduling, project coordination, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset
