About the Role

Our client, a regional healthcare company based in Center City Philadelphia, is hiring a Healthcare Compliance Coordinator to support day-to-day regulatory and compliance operations across its clinical and administrative departments. This role works closely with legal, operations, and clinical leadership to maintain adherence to federal and state healthcare regulations including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and Pennsylvania Department of Health requirements.

The Compliance Coordinator will conduct internal audits, manage policy documentation, and support staff education initiatives related to compliance standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work across departments to identify and resolve compliance gaps before they escalate.

Philadelphia's healthcare sector is one of the largest regional employers in the Northeast, and this organization is actively expanding its compliance infrastructure. The right candidate will bring prior healthcare industry experience and a working knowledge of regulatory frameworks, with the ability to communicate compliance requirements clearly to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
