About the Role

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Appointment Coordinator. This role focuses on scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating communications, updating records, and ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely scheduling support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in administration, operations, customer service, or office coordination.

The Appointment Coordinator will work closely with clients, internal departments, and management to coordinate appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain accurate records, and support daily business operations in a fully remote environment.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal teams
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meeting availability
  • Communicate appointment updates via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate appointment records and documentation
  • Update CRM systems and internal databases
  • Prepare daily scheduling reports and summaries

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, office support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
