About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and generate reports
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights
• Work with teams to improve processes and workflows
• Create dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports
• Assist in tracking KPIs and business metrics
• Conduct market and operational research
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments
• Present findings in a clear and structured formate

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, economics, or related field)
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest in data, business strategy, or analytics
• Willingness to learn and grow
