About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze business data
• Prepare reports and performance summaries
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools
• Identify trends and support decision-making
• Review data quality and accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, reporting, analytics, customer support, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
