About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support audit reviews and documentation processes
• Review financial and operational records
• Assist with internal reporting activities
• Prepare audit summaries and findings
• Maintain organized files and documentation
• Track action items and follow-up requests
• Support compliance and process reviews
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Maintain confidentiality of business information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, finance, accounting, customer service, or support roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
