About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance reviews and monitoring activities
• Maintain records and compliance documentation
• Assist with audits and internal reporting
• Track policy updates and regulatory requirements
• Prepare compliance summaries and reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Investigate documentation discrepancies
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Monitor operational controls and procedures
• Assist with training coordination
• Support special projects and administrative tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, finance, legal support, operations, or customer service roles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
