About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and account transactions
• Monitor customer balances and payment activity
• Maintain financial records and billing documentation
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Prepare reports and account summaries
• Support invoice tracking and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding account updates
• Maintain financial databases and records
• Support collections and payment follow-ups
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information
• Assist with audits and reporting requests
• Support special projects and operational tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, finance, customer service, or support roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Comfortable working with financial records and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
