About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Collect, organize, and interpret data to support decisions
• Create reports, dashboards, and operational updates
• Document business processes and workflows
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support project planning and tracking
• Assist teams in translating needs into clear requirements
• Coordinate communication between business and technical teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support testing and validation of new processes or tools
• Help improve efficiency and data quality across teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Analytics, or related field)
• 0-2 years of experience in analysis, administration, operations, or support roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
