About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires
• Send onboarding materials and required documentation
• Assist with employment paperwork and records
• Communicate with candidates and internal teams
• Track onboarding progress and completion status
• Maintain accurate employee records and files
• Schedule orientation sessions and training activities
• Answer basic onboarding-related questions
• Support HR and operations teams with administrative tasks
• Ensure a positive new hire experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document management)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
