About the Role

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level HR Coordinator. This role will support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations for a growing U.S.-based organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

The HR Coordinator will work closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates to support key processes across the employee lifecycle.

  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support onboarding processes, documentation, and new hire setup
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR systems
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and internal communications
  • Track onboarding, compliance, and documentation deadlines
  • Respond to employee inquiries or route them appropriately
  • Support benefits administration and employee support tasks

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, business, or related field)
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, admin, customer service, or support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
