About the Role

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Front Desk Coordinator. This role focuses on providing virtual front desk support, managing incoming communications, scheduling appointments, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional experience for clients and internal teams.

The Front Desk Coordinator will work closely with internal departments, clients, and management to coordinate virtual reception activities, maintain records, schedule meetings, and support day-to-day administrative operations in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual conferences
  • Welcome and assist clients through virtual communication channels
  • Maintain digital records and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate calendars and meeting schedules
  • Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence

  • Assist with general office coordination tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, reception, or office support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
